Worst place ever! The new location they purchased is a horrible! The manger Kiara, is the worst, rude, attitude all Around! Place is gross mold on the window! She is the laziest manger I ever saw, when I tell you this girl Has no experience in customer service this is it! No notice of store space going out. I wonder why. Homeless live in the units, she doesn’t care about anybody, if I want to be safe don’t go there! Zero starts for the mangers

I found this CubeSmart while Iweas in Florida. I called the office and spoke to Jacob. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer all my questions. He was eager to assist me in getting my rental all set up. He even checked back with me to make sure I didn't have any other questions or need help when ready to move in. Everything was hassle free and went smoothly. Plus had a really good special at the time for the unit I needed. One of the best customer experiences I've had in a good while; and all done over the phone and internet. Very satisfied on our end. Thank you Jacob.

Absolutely awful customer service. I arrived yesterday at 3:00 pm to a sign on the door that no one in the office would be available until the next day. I then called to get a unit assigned. The system assigned me a unit with about 5 feet of snow piled in front. I called back to request a different unit & was informed the gentleman on the phone was unable to change the unit assignment. He called the manager as well as the district manager to see if either could assist but neither either answered the phone or called back after he left a voicemail. Long story short of the three employees assigned to that physical location none of them were available to assist customers during regular business hours and the call center employees aren't all given the tools to assist appropriately. Complete waste of my time & an embarrassment of a company.

Overwhelming kindness and customer service to me while my life is turned upside down they had made contact with me when a unit became available and the next day i had it the facility is clean but like every good review there is sometimes a little fly in the ointment the door on my unit jammed when i tried to close it but i will make contact today and see if we can resolve it the pricing seems fair and access is simple if you do it right

Super happy renting here. Full disclosure, I’m a corporate client - but truthfully they don’t treat any patron differently. I have been a tenant for about 5 years and never had a problem. The manager has always been friendly, professional, flexible, and very outgoing. Recently requested to relocate my dock height unit to make navigating my truck into the space easier and she happily moved me a few doors down. Zero complaints and nothing but positive things to say about this place!

Buildings aren’t taken care of and fixes if someone backs into or hits them. A lot of my items and boxes were damaged due to a big opening on the corner of the unit because numerous people had hit it over the 9 years we had our stuff there. Nobody ever fixed the building, there was so much sand, dirt, sticks inside the unit. Nevermind mice could come in and out freely since the opening was huge. We found mouse droppings in some of our boxes and there were things chewed on. They always made sure to call you if you were a few days late on your unit but in 9 years they never touched the building to fix the damage. Also when it snows all they do is plow the lot with a plow. And they try and get as close as they can to the doors but if we had a good amount of snow we still had to shovel out in front of our unit so we could get into it. Also the turnover rate of managers and employees at this location was crazy in the 9 year period we were there. The place we moved our stuff to is extremely clean, neat and well taken care of and the staff is extremely nice and their overall policies are better then Cubesmarts.

The manager called me and explained that the unit offered on the website could not be used for the items I needed to store, but was able to provide an equivalent unit. He was helpful, but under-staffed. The only item I had problems with was the door to the unit. The door is tough to open and doesn't always stay open. Instead of offering to fix it, I was told to be careful and make sure it didn't fall and hit me or my items.

Everything has been great about this CubeSmart Self Storage facility. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff who quickly understood our needs and made recommendations for a storage unit. When we filled up that unit during our home move they were able to set us up with a second unit in no time. The storage units are very clean as is the entire facility.
