Move in was a disaster as the online introductory rate was not honored. Despite several phone calls and emails the store manager has not connected with me not to my knowledge addressed the issue. The usual rational and excused prevail as staff hides behind a digital Vail as they they cannot and will not be held accountable Business as usual as the usual corporate America bait and switch highly illegal and fraudulent deceptive practices continue I will settle this with the applicable federal and state agencies.

Worse business practice ever. Rate increases every few months for loyal customers, never for new customers. After being a long time personal and business customer, we were told our personal unit needed to be out by the end of month but no reason given - we always paid early for both units. In our exit interview they asked why we were leaving? Because we were told to, why ask us that? Then the manager tried to deny it when he personally told us. And he saw us taking the stuff over a few days and at any time could have said it was a mistake. Now we are at a better storage place and have a yearly contract, worth a lower rate than here and no raise in 24 months. Thanks for kicking us out and giving us a better deal at your competitor!!

This is hands down the best/cleanest storage facility I’ve been to. The staff, for the most part, are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was introduced to the General Manager and she was great. I have no problem paying a higher rate for customer service. That being said, I returned on a later date and dealt with another employee and was less than satisfied with my experience.

Did an online rental back in July and was paying 32.50 a month. Now just 3 months later this month's bill arrives and the rental is up to 40.00 plus tax. Asked for an explanation and was told that my rate is based on supply and demand. The manager went on to tell me that I was still getting a great deal. Not going to move out but caution everyone to read the small print on a contract with this company. Over 20 percent increase in just a few months seems like a bit much.....not happy about this but it's just a reminder to read the contract. The manager was very polite but still not happy with the increase.

I still think the staff who work there are great. When they are there ! I always pay my bill at the N.Main st location. Went there last Tues. Sign on the door, closed today will be open tomorrow. I couldn't make it the next day. I went on Mon the 26th of Sept. Sign saying they're closed, will be open Tuesday the 27th. I went today the 27th and another sign, Closed Tues the 27th will be open Wed the 28th !!!!!!!!! Their prices have shot up. Service is awful. I can't afford this company anymore.

I just rented a 10 x 10 unit at this location. Eric and Sarah the Managers were very friendly, helpful and efficient in explaining everything I needed to know before I rented. The unit was clean and ready for occupancy. The monthly rent was lower than the competitors in the area. I would highly recommend this location and working with Eric and Sarah.

Truly an amazing and experience with the staff and management at this cube smart location. Kindness and excellent customer service was shown to me the entire experience. The manager Sarah went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best deal and really helped Us out by allowing us time to get all our stuff in order. The storage facility is so clean you could eat off of it. The unit itself was very clean and even smelled good. They came and checked on us while moving our stuff in and made sure the unit was 100%. I would recommend this location to everyone!!! I can see why all their storage units were full.

Carol Dolan is one of the most respectful and helpful people I've dealt with there. She always greets me when I come to pay my bill and is always a pleasure. One thing I'm not sure of is Carols coworker though, every time I've been in the office all I see is her doing is playing with crayons. Over all I think cubesmart is ok but has room for improvement with some of their employees.
