This place is horrible they lie to your face saying your bill is going to stay the same . These people are never there they put a sign saying be back in 20 minutes and takes 2 hours and they charge you late fee if you're a day late . My bill went from $109 dollars to $147 for what it's not like you guys got heat or electric outlets . I'm a unsatisfied customer this is not right I'm very upset they should of told me from the jump that my bill will go up from time to time than maybe I wouldn't be so mad be honest

This company treats their employees horribly. They change managers every couple months. Been here for years and they got rid of the 2 best managers yet. Right back to crap service and care of the units. Can't wait until this month is over. We've had it!

No communication, and the general manager is missing or just ignoring corporate and the properties. Edit after everything was sorted out: After 3 days of no contact with the GM I finally got in contact with someone from corporate filling in. I was told the DM would contact me regarding the issue. It would have been great if they reached out. They were able to take the money same day with no problem, but apparently can't issue a refund for, "at least a few weeks." This is BEYOND unreasonable. The fact I had to call over 7 times to finally get a hold of someone that could process a refund is absurd. I will update again once the refund hits my account. Go with Another storage solution when possible. Edit: 2 weeks later, DM has still not reached out, and I am still out over $100. Hopefully one day they can fix the problem they started. Edit 2: After talking with support though email for 6 days I can conclude no one works for this company. I was promised to get a call from Justin the DVP and... Nothing. Nothing changed when contacting them through email, all that's happened is the last 2 support tickets and my account were wiped. Please save the headache and go with another company. Edit 3: Finally got in contact with Mike who is now overseeing the store. After talking with him he was able to START the refund process (3-5 days). After the refund processes I'll update again. According to him, Jessica nor Justin got my messages from support. According to the rep I spoke to the day before my account was wiped clean of my rental which made it more difficult to find my account. So they had no idea about the situation. As for the cooperate employees filling in, I was told they are no longer with the company. Very shady. Lets hope for no more issues moving forward!

It’s good for what it is - it’s a tiny garage and some units ACTUALLY DO HAVE ELECTRICITY and it’s super rare to find that. But I fix guitars and I need a climate controlled area temporarily. The woman who works there was super really nice and totally honest and I would have loved to rent a spot there if only it was climate controlled.

My husband has a unit in this location and we can't complaint about the unit at all. But the customer services is really bad. They don't explain how they supposed to. This location should trained their employee how to say the terms correctly. What they doing is saying something wrong fooling the customers and then hide on the back of the paper that the people sign already. The worst thing is that then he comes with attitude explain and saying if we want the credit or not. SMH I had 2 incidents with the same person.

This place is like getting out of the mib if you're only 10 days late. Prices are high too. I'd really check around and compare prices before you get a spot here. The staff here is really good, it's the corporate business itself that is really horrible , Especially, if you need customer support or try to pay a bill.

Great place and well serviced. I was helped by 2 gentlemen Christopher D Foster and Angelo J Congelosi who managed to get me into a storage unit that was to my liking. They took the time to explain the sizes and showed the differences between them seeing how I was unfamiliar with it. Both was helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease and got me into a unit the same day at a reasonable price. I recommend either one of these guys for my next storage needs

I will NEVER come back I do not recommend storing at this facility the manager Janellis was more concerned with cleaning her glasses than customer service, she was impatient and seemed like she DIDNT want me in the office by far my worst experience, didn't even bother seeing the unit went to the storage garage next door better customer service and prices.

I have been storing my belongings here for almost 2 years now and am very happy with their services. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. When Janelis is working, I don't even have to say my name or storage unit number, she remembers. If there are any problems, Bill takes care of them right away. I could store my things somewhere cheaper and closer, but I wouldn't trust them like I do, CubeSmart. I would highly recommend them for all of your storage needs.
