Full Service Storage Terms & Conditions
Available only to new customers that rent a self-storage unit at a participating CubeSmart self-storage facility for a minimum of 4 months and sign up for automatic payments, without limitation, signing a self-storage rental agreement, 4 month commitment rider, and any other required documents such as a Key Release and Authorized Access Form, and paying all applicable rent, taxes, and costs. Participating CubeSmart Self Storage facilities only include the 444 W 55th St. New York, NY 10019 CubeSmart location.
Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis after customers have completed their storage unit rental online.
Eligible customers will receive the use of one (1) truck and one (1) driver from A Super Move, Inc. to move belongings into unit(s) at a participating CubeSmart self-storage facility.
CubeSmart has partnered with A Super Move, Inc. to facilitate the Full Service Storage services. The A Super Move driver will drive the truck from a pick-up point designated by an eligible customer to the participating CubeSmart self-storage facility. The pick-up point must be located between 34th street and 125th street. Eligible customers are not permitted to ride in the truck.
The Super Move driver will load packed items into the truck and take them to the participating CubeSmart store to then store them in a 5’x4’x4′ unit rented by the eligible customer. Eligible customers will have the option to go to the store to retrieve the items, where they will be able to access the key to their unit by requesting it from a CubeSmart Teammate in the office. Or eligible customers will have the option to have their items returned to them for an additional fee of $50 flat fee plus $25/item; or a $225 flat fee up to 10 items plus $15 per item after 10, whichever is lower cost.
Customer items may not include hazardous materials including, without limitation, substances that are toxic, reactive, volatile, flammable, explosive, hazardous, or corrosive, or that are, at any time, regulated by state, Federal, or local authorities.
All goods should be packed before they are picked up. If an eligible customer needs assistance packing items there will be a $75/hour fee for up to 10 items/boxes at pickup.
If an eligible customer would like to move additional items into the rented storage unit mentioned above after the initial appointment, there will be an additional flat fee of $50 + $25/item.
CubeSmart employees are not permitted to assist with packaging, loading, or unloading Customer items. In no event shall CubeSmart employees assist in moving or inventorying any Customer items or enter a Customer’s CubeSmart storage unit.
Eligible customers will be subject to A Super Move’s terms and conditions and will be required to fill out and sign certain documentation as a condition to receive this offer which may include, without limitation, a “Super Move Agreement and inventory form.”
To schedule a Full Service Storage Shuttle, eligible customers must contact 1-866-NYC-CUBE. Eligible customers must schedule a move at least 48 hours before the intended move date and time. Eligible customers are solely responsible to schedule and confirm a move with A Super Move, Inc. Move dates are subject to availability.
A Super Move, Inc. is not affiliated with CubeSmart and is an independent contractor. Eligible customers must schedule moving services directly with A Super Move, Inc. ‡ CubeSmart employees, including Driver, are not permitted to assist with packaging, loading or unloading Customer items. CubeSmart, nor Driver, is responsible for any damage to any of the Customer items occurring as a result of the manner in which the items are packed, loaded, unload. Super Move, Inc. is not affiliated with CubeSmart and is an independent contractor. Eligible customers must schedule moving services directly with A Super Move, Inc. Eligible customers must also contact A Super Move, Inc. directly for any and all questions and concerns regarding a move. For more information on A Super Move, please visit A SUPER MOVE.aded or secured in the truck. Customer will pack their items using proper boxes, containers and protective padding.
Customer waives and Customer releases CubeSmart, CubeSmart, L.P. and each of its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively “CubeSmart”) from any and all claims that Customer may have if Customer items are lost, stolen or damaged for any reason whatsoever related to the Customer’s use of the Valet Service. CubeSmart has not made and does not make any representations or warranties, including any representations or warranties as to the physical and environmental condition, or other matters with respect to the Valet Service. Customer waives any right of subrogation that Customer’s insurance company may have against CubeSmart, and Customer will cause their insurance policy to reflect this waiver. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold CubeSmart harmless against any and all claims for loss, expense, liability, injury or damage arising out of or in connection with the perfoCustomer waives and Customer releases CubeSmart, CubeSmart, L.P. and each of its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively “CubeSmart”) from any and all claims that Customer may have if Customer items are lost, stolen or damaged for any reason whatsoever related to the Customer’s use of the Full Service Storage. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold CubeSmart harmless against any and all claims for loss, expense, liability, injury or damage arising out of or in connection with the performance by Customer, his agents or contractors in packing, loading or unloading the Customer items and the Full Service Storage. In no event shall CubeSmart be liable and hereby disclaims responsibility for any indirect, consequential damages, special, punitive, multiplied or other indirect costs, lost profits, fees, or charges of any kind arising from any claims filed hereunder, or any other acts, including delays or omissions of CubeSmart.
By using the CubeSmart Full Service Storage, Customer is consenting to these Terms and Conditions.
