It was mid-afternoon when I happened upon CubeSmart along Rte 206 in Bordentown, NJ. It took about 2 minutes of speaking with Victoria to convince me that I had found the winner. Victoria is not only adorable, but also is super-proficient in ALL aspects of what it takes to immediately turn a potential customer into a very appreciative buyer. Our conversation probably took about a half hour, although as I indicated I was sold within just a couple minutes. Her pleasant, fun manner combined with a beautiful, nonstop smile, her vast knowledge of your facility, and a thorough understanding of the needs of a customer easily results in a sale. Victoria is the greatest! I moved to America 2 years ago and was having troubles finding budget apartment. Then I met Victoria, she was able to show me spacious 10x20 place to live. Unfortunately, no running water but she was sure to make that clear upon move in inspection. They do allow pets, my pigmy giraffe is very comfortable here at home. There is electrical hook up allowing me to work from home managing feetpics.com profiles. Wifi IS NOT included....however Victoria will do her very best to meet your every need! 10 out of 10 would film onlyfan$ here again!

We needed a 25 ft storage unit due to quick move into a smaller home. The manager and staff were very supportive and friendly. We rented for 10 months and had no issues with our storage unit. I highly recommend CubeSmart, they even have a truck you can borrow but be sure to plan ahead to ensure the truck is available.

I called initially and asked the gentleman I spoke with to confirm that it was the facility where I am already renting. He confirmed but when I completed the paperwork he sent me I later discovered that he book me in Bordentown NjJ instead of Eastampton NJ. I am not happy with the service .

I think CubeSmart is a good storage facility. I recently needed some help with my account and was lucky to have called when Victoria was working. She was extremely helpful, understanding and fair. I changed my prior review because of Victoria’s professionalism. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because I don’t agree with rate hikes. I’d rather sign for price and not be surprised along the way. The only other concern I have here is that my Verizon iPhone never works when I’m there. That’s a safety concern for me. It would be nice if the facility could contact Verizon and find out what could be done to boost the signal there. Most phone companies use Verizon towers so it would help everyone. I had a similar issue in part of my home and Verizon sent me a signal booster to fix the issue. They don’t know there are dead areas unless a property owner advices them.

They made choosing that location one that I would drive an extra 30 minutes to get to when there are so many others available. The brand is clean and up to date for their access and facilities, the people are happy to be there so that's a great sign when you want to have a place to extend your home and keep your personal belongings there.

Bought two storage units at the online auction. I called to make sure they were still available before I took the long drive and I was told I have to wait even though I already purchased them and They took over $1000 off of my card towards them. I waited over two hours for them to tell me they MADE A DEAL with the customer. And my money would be back on my card after a COUPLE DAYS .

When leaving the storage facility, you shouldn't have to put in a pin code. There should be an automatic gate. It is a huge pain to have to get out withba loaded truck and enter the pin again.

Tonia was very helpful setting us up for storage service.

After Renting2 units for over a year and a 1/2 they refused to let us rent just ones. The manager refused to budge or work with us so we are now moving all our stuff out and will never refer or use cube smart again.
