Great facility for self storage! Easy to get in and out both with your vehicle and then into the building itself. Plenty of carts to assist you in taking your stuff where it needs to go.

Shalynna and Adrienne were great to work with and always tried to help and keep us happy. I was frustrated by the elevator problems and was trapped in one that was a problem for way too long. I hated the heavy loud awkward carts. They had nicer hard plastic ones at another company where I originally had a small unit during the staging of my home that I sold. They were blue and quiet and a bit too small but more pleasant to work with as I wished I had earplugs every time I went to cubesmart. Apparently your new computer system was a headache for staff as they seemed to struggle with frustration over it. I can't say enough about how nice the two women I mentioned were. My movers hated the elevator and third floor obstacles. I'm not sure if I saved any money over the 6 months from the specials you ran in the spring because the elevators slowed down my movers who I paid by the hour.

My husband and I moved to San Antonio from out of state and needed to store all of our belongings until we closed on our San Antonio home. I made the reservation over the internet, which was very easy. Within a few hours I received a phone call from a staff member confirming my reserved space. She also liaisoned with my movers and then showed me a space which would work out better for the moving van. When we moved our belongings out of storage, everything was finished up quickly and easily. I would not hesitate to use Cube Smart again and will recommend this to anyone who needs storage space.

The manager has been very helpful with my needs at this storage facility. They are friendly and very professional. The storage facility itself is a great place to do business with. The units are very clean and I feel secure with my bel9ngings being stored there.

It is extremely clean and well managed. There are always moving carts available to use while unloading/loading. The staff has always been great and I am comfortable going into the facility after dark, if needed.

I kept my things here for about a year and overall it was a good storage facility. There are some things that I didn’t particularly like about it though. First off, I started out paying around $45/month for a 5X5 spot which is a little pricey in my opinion to begin with, then by the time I moved out it was more around $50. I don’t know why there was a price increase but I started seeing it on my bank account which didn’t make me feel too comfortable since I didn’t get an explanation for that. Secondly, there’s no bathroom on all 3 levels which is very irritating seeing how the store clerks aren’t always inside even during business hours. Thirdly, you can only go to and from the gate during their business hours and not anytime after which doesn’t make sense seeing how you get a code to go in and come out. This makes it extremely inconvenient and I basically have to take a day off just to come out to the storage unit to go through my stuff. Lastly, the facility is supposedly “climate controlled” but there have been several occasions where I wasn’t even lifting anything and was just sweating inside. There’s no thermostat available, but if I had to guess they probably keep the temperate between 75-78 degrees which isn’t even room temperature. So, your basically paying extra for a “climate controlled” facility that’s not really climate controlled in my opinion. Other than those 4 things I listed I didn’t have any other issues and the staff was always very kind and professional to me.

I always have a good, friendly, and convenient experience when visiting Cubesmart at N. Loop 1604 location. I had a unit there in 2011 for a brief period and returned when I needed to get a storage unit again in late 2013. The very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable Manager there, known as S.P., always provides great customer service whenever I need to go to the lobby/storefront.

I have a great experience whenever I call the location for any assistance. "SP", as she calls herself at the Loop 1604 and N 281 store, is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

I really like the people and the facility itself. I never feel unsafe even by myself at night. The place is very secure and priced pretty well.
