Customer Service reps ALWAYS responded promptly to my questions, made changes correctly in my account that I had requested and made me feel I was their top priority at all times. Perfect 1:1 attention. Knew their business well and were very kind and courteous.

The storage facility is very clean, secure, and well maintained. The staff is especially great and accommodating to your move in/out needs.

This facility has been in a great location for me. The represenatives were friendly and helpful with any questions. I have recommended them to family and friends. Hoping that my exit from the facility goes as smooth as my arrival!

The place is always clean and the staff is dry friendly. However the area where the units are are extremely cold and there is no visible dumpster for trash

Cube Smart was a clean, well-lit storage facility with good security (video cameras and passcodes). The staff was always very helpful and courteous. We only needed temporary storage, so I moved my things out, but I would store my things there again.

This CubeSmart facility at E. Hampden and Yosemite is excellent in every way. Customer service is outstanding, facility is spotlessly clean, and convenient. Highly recommend it! It's a little bit pricey but for all it's pluses, it's worth it.

Clean, convenient and great and friendly management.

The facility is very nice and so is the front desk staff. The only issue I have is with Cubesmart as a company. Their payment methods are not convenient at all. They do not have an app to make it easy to pay for your storage and when you pay online they charge you to pay them. If this weren't a nice, clean climate controlled location I probably would have looked elsewhere.

We are recently retired and Traveling. Needed a storage unit and Cube Smart was recommended for our use.

I moved from California to Denver and needed a place to store my stuff until I find my own place (staying with family nearby for a little while). The staff here were very helpful through the process of getting set up with a storage unit. Can't say enough good stuff about them, as well as the facility itself. Highly recommended!

Overall I'm generally satisfied with CubeSmart, especially with the service I've received from the staff. However, charging a "convenience fee" to make a non-recurring payment by credit card is just plain stingy, and now that I don't really interact with the staff but just pay my bill every month, it makes me forget about the good things. It's only 1% of the total bill, but it's the principle.
