Moved out of a 10x25' room and into a smaller room at the same facility. The facility is quite good. It's the way that management/staff deals with customers that makes it excellent. The manager, Jim, was exceptionally helpful in explaining what choices would best serve our needs and then in processing the change. In reviews, I try to note weaknesses and what could use improvement. With this CubeSmart facility, I could not think of any! Thank you, Jim. Thank you, CubeSmart.

There is never anyone in the office available to help. There are never carts around. The facility however is very clean

I have 2 storage lockers at the Venture Center Way location in Boynton Beach, FL. I have had several occasions to ask for assistance from the staff. I have been very pleased with the service provided by both Maritza and Jim. They were very courteous and helpful in all situations, and gave the impression they were most interested in my satisfaction. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

The customer service and service in general here is absolutely wonderful. The managers Maritza and Jim went out of their way to make sure that every customer gets taken care of and remembers everyone by first name.

Always clean, safe and customer service can not be beat.

I love cube smart and the convenience but I think it is a little over priced. My only other complaint is trying to pay online. Every month that I try to pay online, logging in has become a hassle. My login info never works and I always end up having to reset my password after trying numerous times. The establishment itself is well maintained and small which I like because I feel safe when I'm there alone. Security seems functional.

I would like better tire airing equipment for my large camper tires and wheels.
