Customer service is great and if I ever need storage again I’ll use this facility.

The storage facility employees were very professional and caring and knowledge able of their duties and made you feel very very welcomed and want to come back and rent from them again.I still have a storage space there just don't need the space for my car because this week I sold it. I felt my belongings were very well protected.

I'm very satisfied with Cubesmart the ladies at the Cypress N. Houston location are wonderful I wish the company would have helped us customers out better after Hurricane Harvey.

I remember one time I was leaving the storage and I lost my phone and there was a gentleman I believe it was the security officer that patrols the storage units had found my phone and placed it in the front office I immediately got a call and said they found my phone and I was able to retrieve it. I appreciate everything that they have done and they are a great place to have your stuff stored and they are very family oriented I will always come back to this storage place for service.

The ladies running this location have made great improvements. They bend over backwards to assist the customers, to explain options and clearify any information. They have made great strides in customer relations. Thease 2 ladies ROCK. Ive been a customer for over 2 years and DO HIGHLY recomend this location to anyone in this area.

Vanetta and Sharon were very responsive, quick, and flexible in arranging to meet our various storage needs as they occurred and changed, always on our needs instead of "selling" us.
