Was a great storage but they could have gone down on the storage fee and late charges did not like the way the customer service contacting me on the regular like within 2 days of being late paying your payment customer service is leaving a message on your voicemail or calling you

We have been with u guys for almost 2yrs now. I don't really like the fact that the rent was increased but other than that i have no complaints. U ladies and gentleman are awesome in my book. Thank u for all the patience and understand you all have had with us when things got tough. U will never know how much u are appreciated. Hopefully this year we will be moving out lol. I am very pleased with CubeSmart. I made my reservation online. As promised, I received a call to confirm my reservation a few days before my move-in date. When I went to the facility, the representatives were very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and secure.

I've been to 5 different storage facilities in the past 20 years and this is by far the best place that I have been and I would highly recommend it. The manager, Amanda, took care of all of my needs and found a storage unit that I needed and held the unit for two weeks before I needed to move in.

First time ever using a self storage. The past 3 years I have needed the extra space but never wanted to just throw my property in a storage. I was convinced by a friend it was time. I called and I felt comfortable with doing so after speaking with the manager there. After going into the office I was even more pleased the manager Kristian C. was very very nice and reassuring. She took the time to explain all options and took me on a tour. Her knowledge and welcoming friendly personality made me feel so much better in making the decision to rent there. The place also was very clean which was a big plus. I have recommended this storage facility to others!
