Account managers and customer service reps here are top notch. Pleasant and helpful. Space is convenient, right off the interstate and relatively easy access off of Hendersonville Rd (unless it's rush hour!!) Facilities are really clean. Good temp control. We have had some difficulty with parking when it is busier, as there are no assigned spots when offloading, as well as carts are sometimes all being used. The only available unit within my price range was on the 3rd floor. While the available carts and elevator make this less inconvenient, the elevators are not freight and we have had some difficulty with getting into them with furniture, as well as turn radius in some of the hallways with larger furniture items. Even with the small difficulties, we would recommend this storage unit.

I and my whole family LOVE CubeSmart on Hendersonville Road, Asheville. It is clean and safe. Steve and Richard have been wonderful,thoughtful, helpful, efficient, thorough, prompt, clever, and just good ole nice and friendly to us. We have told and will continue tell all our friends.

Steve (Hendersonville Rd location) was EXCELLENT. I had a classic vehicle shipped across country to his Cube Smart store and Steve not only ensured that I was comfortable with storing it there, he called me once a week for 6 weeks to provide updates on when the contractor deliveried the vehicle (two weeks late) as well as to check in on me as I traveled across country with my family. Based on my experience with Steve, my wife and I rented a storage unit at his store even though it was well out of our way and having passed four other storage facilities. Thanks again Steve.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to store my belongings with bee safe storage! The customer service was unbelievable! Steve is simply amazing and so helpful. Every step from signing up to moving out it was a pleasure and super easy with bee safe storage! I would recommend them to a friend family member or a stranger they were GREAT! I am so very thankful for all of their help! 11 our of 10!

I have lived in 4 states and used many storage facilities. They are basically all the same offering the same amenities when you pay for them. What makes this one t;he most special is your manager, Steve. He contacted me literally minutes after I reserved the space on line. When I arrived from FL he spent quality time explaining rules/regs and now 2 mos later during my move out he was there one hour before the facility opened to insure everything went well. Cube Smart, you are good, but if you want to be GREAT continue to hire folks like Steve! Thanks for being an integral part of my relocation.
